The Ice Cream Cellar began with an opportunity to sell and distribute a delicious and innovative new product, Mercer's Signature Series Wine Ice Cream. This Ice Cream and the other Specialty and Super Premium Ice Creams that the Ice Cream Cellar represents in their Online Storefront are the products of local New York State Companies that only use the highest quality and purely natural milk from a select group of local farmers.

Glenn Wilkerson, the CEO of the Ice Cream Cellar, was offered this opportunity because of his knowledge both of business and of shipping fragile products requiring refrigerated packing. Mr. Wilkerson has been in business for many years providing packing and shipping services to his community of Utica, NY through his shipping store, Sentree Mail and Parcel Service. His knowledge and expertise in the shipping business made him uniquely suited to developing the Ice Cream Cellar E Store as a safe and secure vehicle for customers to purchase and receive the quality Gourmet/Specialty Foods and Products of our contributing local and New York State Businesses and Farms.

We also are very proud to bring those who love Homemade and Farm Fresh Products, Brown Cow LLC's wonderful Super Premium Ice Cream that will be growing with us as they develop new Homemade and Farm Fresh flavors.

The Ice Cream Cellar is also working hard to bring other high quality gourmet and premium specialty products produced locally and in New York State to the Consumer.
